Our fee structure includes:

• Inactivity fees for dormant accounts (after 12 months of inactivity)

All fees are clearly disclosed on our platform and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Fee changes will not affect pending transactions initiated before the change.

Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations, and we will process withdrawal requests subject to applicable policies and regulations.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Miles And More.
